Victor is a sweet, loving retired show dog. He is an
AKC Grand Champion and loves everyone. He is good with
other dogs and people young and old. He loves to hang
out in the house and is house, crate, and leash trained.
He's mellow and easy going. He will be neutered before
going to his new home and be caught up on all his
vaccines as well. He is a very young 6 years old and is
extremely healthy. If you have a loving home for Victor,
please contact Linda Mitcham of Cool Boston Terriers.
You can reach her via email at

Rescues
RESCUE BOSTON TERRIERS CURRENTLY
AVAILABLE TO APPROVED HOMES ONLY . . .
Belle was born in July 2004 and is just 7
lbs of total sweetness. She was rescued from a kennel when they
could no longer take care of the dogs due to illness. Belle is a
very special needs girl. She has a collapsed trachea and can
become stressed when excited. She also was diagnosed with a
prolapsed rectum that we tried to control with diet, but ended
up doing surgery to repair it. One of the residual side affects
is that she does sometimes have accidents in the house and often
in a crate. She was raised in a kennel and never around other
dogs, so she wants a low stress loving home that will treat her
like princess she deserves to be. She is very affectionate and
if you are the mothering type and want a baby doll to carry and
cuddle and have the time and energy for a special needs little
girl, then you might be a perfect home for her. She is crate
trained, but needs to be pottied frequently. She is spayed and
Rabies vaccinations current, but no other vaccines as the stress
on her with current health issues could be overwhelming. She is
current on Heartworm prevention; patellar check Grade 1
bilateral; heart check normal; and fecal exam clear.
If you think you would like to be that perfect home for Belle,
please contact Wannabe Run Boston Terrier Rescue at
wannaberun@sbcglobal.net for more information and an
application for adoption. Belle will be adopted by an approved
home only and there will be an adoption service fee to help with
her incoming expenses.
Crosbee was born in June 2004 and is 16 lbs
of total love. He was rescued from being found in an unoccupied
mobile home. An owner was located that surrendered him with two
other dogs over to the county. Crosbee is a special needs boy.
We acquired his vet records in an attempt to solve his apparent
skin allergy issues. We have found a treatment of medication
that works and he must remain on this treatment schedule as a
requirement in his adoption. This is approximately a $120.00 per
month expense. His allergies do not hinder his happiness to play
and fetch a ball. He can be a little possessive over his toys
with other dogs. But he runs with our dogs and is totally house
broken. He is very affectionate and if you have the time and
energy for a special needs boy that loves to spend his house
time curled up on a comfy pillow in the sun or cuddled next to
you in a chair and greets you at the door with excitement, then
you might be a perfect home for him. He is crate trained and
house broken. He is neutered; vaccinations current to include
Rabies; Heartworm negative and current on Heartworm prevention;
patellar check normal; heart check normal; and fecal exam clear.
If you think you would like to be that perfect home for Crosbee,
please contact Wannabe Run Boston Terrier Rescue at
wannaberun@sbcglobal.net for more information and an
application for adoption. Crosbee will be adopted by an approved
home only and there will be an adoption service fee to help with
his incoming expenses.
Leep is approximately three years old. She
is 14 lbs. She is appropriately named as she spends 90 percent
of her time leaping through the air. She is crate trained and is
a very sweet, but ACTIVE girl. HIGH ENERGY! She is currently in
an agility class to burn off some of that energy and loves it.
She has also had some training for flyball and is still a work
in progress when it comes to distractions in running a
competition course. VERY TERRIER in personality and dominates
most females. She is spayed; vaccinations current to include
Rabies; Heartworm negative and current on Heartworm prevention;
patellar check normal; fecal exam clear; and Heart check normal.
If you think you would like to be that perfect home for Leep,
please contact Wannabe Run Boston Terrier Rescue at
wannaberun@sbcglobal.net for more information and an
application for adoption. Leep will be adopted by an approved
home only and there will be an adoption service fee to help with
his incoming expenses.
If a rescue is not feasible for you and you are
looking specifically for a puppy or young Boston, and are
interested in being on my waiting list,
please download the
Puppy Application. Complete
and return it to me. See my
Contact Info
page for contact information. Upon approval, I will notify
you and put you on the list. Since Bostons have very small
litters (usually only 2-4), I highly recommend you get on several
breeders' lists, so don't be shy about asking to be on more than
one!
